Interim Guidebooks on Congestion Management Process (CMP) and Management and Operations (M&O)

These interim guidebook documents together showcase opportunities to utilize an objectives driven, performance based approach to enhance the quality of Operations in the planning process. These interim guidebook publications will be finalized in early 2009 after receipt of comments on these documents. Please email your comments on the two documents by December 15^th to Ms. Jocelyn K.
